REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES- 30 DAYS
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry you receive, you may return your purchase for a full refund or request an exchange.
Please click the profile icon in the store's menu, orĀ go to the self-serve return portal:Ā RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
To receive a full refund, jewelry returned must be in its original condition and packaging without signs of wear or damage .Ā
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.Ā Ā
- Exchanges: To request an exchange, please write "Exchange" along with the name of the item you wish to receive in theĀ NOTE section.Ā If the item is available, the exchange will be processed. If it is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
For your convenience, you will receive a return shipping label, and a flatĀ $6 shipping fee will be deducted from the return after we receive, accept and process the return.Ā Exchanges are shipped free of charge.
DEFECTS AND DAMAGES
All jewelry is carefully inspected and packaged prior to delivery to the customer.
However, if your jewelry appears to be defective, please contact us atĀ info@mrsmacdesigns.com with a photo of the defect, if it is visible, or describe the defect before sending the item(s) to us. We will first evaluate the issue and contact you via email.Ā Ā
For packages damaged in transit, please report the damage to the carrier.Ā Ā
