SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES 

  • Orders are carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days after the online order was placed, unless otherwise specified or the order was placed on a holiday.
  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays unless otherwise specified or special arrangements are made. 
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Domestic shipping:

Free standard ground shipping on domestic orders takes 3-7 days after the order is processed.  Please be aware that unusual circumstances can cause deliveries to be made after this time.

Priority Mail shipping on domestic orders takes 1-3 days after the order is processed. 

Please note:  At this time, mrs mac does not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is not available at this time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via the email provided.

Shipping Cutoff Times

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped on the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day.

PRIORITY MAIL: Orders are shipped the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.

Damages

mrs mac is not liable for any products damaged in transit. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages

Please allow approximately 10 days before reporting a package that is lost in transit. If you do not receive your package within this timeframe, please contact us at info@mrsmacdesigns.com.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We may file a claim with the shipping carrier.  If your shipment is not identified, we will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

mrs mac will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
