Return policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES- 30 DAYS

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry you receive, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange it for other jewelry in the line.

Please go to the self-serve return portal:  Return/Exchange.

  • Return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted outside of this window.
  • If you would like to exchange the item for another item, please indicate the name of the item in the NOTE box located under the Reason for the Return menu.  Or, please return the item and place a separate, new order for the new item(s).
  • Jewelry returned must be in its original condition and packaging without signs of wear or damage to receive a full refund.  
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Gift: If you received your item as a gift, you must include the receipt in the package with your return to receive a gift card in the amount paid by the sender of the gift. The gift card will be sent by email to you and can be applied towards a future purchase.  
  • You will receive a return shipping label, and a flat $6 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund or exchange after we receive and accept the return and process the exchange.
  • Paid shipping will not be refunded.
  • You will be notified by email after your refund or exchange is received and approved by mrs mac.  When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method that may take up to 5-10 days to post to your bank account.  
  • You will receive an email if your refund or exchange is denied.

DAMAGES

All jewelry is carefully inspected and packaged prior to delivery to the customer, however, if your jewelry appears to be defective, please contact us at info@mrsmacdesigns.com with a photo of the defect, if it is visible, or describe the defect. We will evaluate the issue and contact you via email.  

We are not responsible for packages damaged in transit. Damaged packages should be reported to the carrier.  

LOST PACKAGES

Please allow 10 days before reporting a package that is lost in transit. If you do not receive your package within this timeframe, please contact us at info@mrsmacdesigns.com with any questions.
